Privacy Policy

EmAI Pathogen Play
Effective date: 15 September 2026

Pathogen Play is an educational game for children and families. It does not require an account and does not ask for a child’s name, email address, health information, camera, precise location or payment details.

Information entered into the game

The game does not provide forms for children to submit personal information. It contains no advertising, paid features, voluntary contribution requests or third-party advertising trackers.

Learning progress stored on the device

Completed lessons, badges, daily activity and the Reduced Motion setting are stored locally in the browser or app storage on the device. This information is used only to operate the game. It is not connected to an account and is not sent to us. Clearing the app or browser data removes it. A grown-up can also use Reset Game Data inside the app.

Technical information and hosting

When the game loads, its hosting and network providers may automatically process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as an IP address, browser or device type, request time and security logs. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or track children across apps or websites.

Printing

Optional printing is handled by the device, browser, Android print service and the printer selected by the grown-up. Pathogen Play does not receive printer information or copies of printed artwork and rewards.

External links

The grown-up area contains links to external app-store pages and scientific information. Those services have their own privacy policies. Children should use external links only with a grown-up.

Children’s privacy

Pathogen Play is designed to avoid collecting personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in connection with the game, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where applicable.

How to request data deletion

Pathogen Play does not create user accounts. To remove progress saved on the device, a grown-up can open Parents & Teachers and choose Reset Game Data, or clear the app or browser storage.

To ask about deletion of any technical information held in connection with the hosted service, email emekpatrick1@gmail.com with the subject Pathogen Play data deletion request. State the approximate date and time the app was used and the information you want deleted. Do not send a child’s personal information unless it is necessary to identify the specific request.

We will investigate and delete identifiable technical request or security-log information under our control where applicable. Some limited records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or to document completion of the request. Information that cannot reasonably be linked to the request may not be identifiable for deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the game or its services change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
